In addition to convenient on street, storefront parking, each block has ample parking lots in the rear
that may be accessed via alleys and Houston and Humboldt Streets. Most parking is unmetered, 2 hour
parking. Overparking in these areas may result in parking fines. Fine boxes are located in each lot.

Manhattan Town Center

Unlimited free parking in lots immediately adjacent to the mall on the North, East and South sides.

Manhattan Marketplace

Unlimited free parking in lots immediately adjacent to shops and restaurants in this area.  Limited on
street parking is unmetered and limited to 2 hours.  Overparking in the on-street parking may result in
parking fines.
